core/ui: add '--remote-random' to allow randomizing order of gateways

If the parameter is used, openvpn shuffles the list of gateways to provide a
kind of load-balancing. This commit also allows usage of multiple gateways
(--remote openvpn argument) even if "Randomize remote hosts" is not checked.

auth-dialog: introduce external-ui mode

In this mode, we don't actually prompt for secrets. Instead, we
emit a GKeyFile that describes the needed password entries.
This is used by gnome-shell to create a shell styled dialog.

gtk_builder_set_translation_domain() should be called before
gtk_builder_add_from_file(). This fixes UI messages always in English
problem.

build: fix handling of GTK requirement if none was given

Previously the logic defaulted to requiring GTK3, but that broke
when doing 'make distcheck' if you didn't have GTK3.  So if the
user didn't give a specific GTK version, just pick one
automatically.

allows better support for user preference or one-time-pad tokens.

remember stuff); copied from nm-vpnc and modified a bit.

Secrets are saved by the agent (ie, nm-applet) and that means we're
only using one keyring function here, so fold that keyring bit
into the auth dialog since nobody else uses it.

properties: remove dead code and simplify password widget setup

Since the secret agent (ie nm-applet) takes care of getting secrets
for us (via the auth dialog), saving updated secrets, and deleting
old ones, the VPN plugin doesn't need to do that itself anymore.
So we get to delete a bunch of code that extracted and/or deleted
secrets from the keyring since the agent handles all of that.  Only
the auth dialog needs to talk to gnome-keyring anymore.

properties: preserve secret flags and consolidate secrets handling

Secrets flags weren't being preserved when the connection was edited,
plus they were being ignored if there was no password (ie if the
password was not saved).  This rendered the initial secrets flags from
import operations useless.

When the VPN plugin was called to update the connection with all the
new settings, it would replace the existing VPN setting in the
connection.  Thus all existing secrets flags would get blown away
and all secrets would revert to being system owned.

Fix that by keeping track of secrets flags, and at the same time
simplify setting UI widgets with secrets, and pulling the changed
secrets out of the UI widgets for addition to the VPN setting when
updating the connection.

core: fix HTTP proxy authentication autodetection

It seems the openvpn doesn't want quotes here, despite the manpage
indicating that they should be used:

 --http-proxy server port [authfile|'auto'|'auto-nct'] [auth-method]

so just strip the quotes off.  The error we get using quotes is:

WARNING: cannot stat file ''auto'': No such file or directory (errno=2)
Error opening 'HTTP Proxy' auth file: 'auto': No such file or directory (errno=2)

Fixes distcheck now that we have secret flags, since when imported
the connection will have secret flags set for the HTTP proxy
password, but previously since the authfile wasn't written out,
the re-imported connection wouldn't get the secrets flags and
the connection compare in the testcase would fail.

Was causing random test failures in determining the "direction"
parameter of various config file lines.

The tests need to write somewhere, and $srcdir is read-only, so
we have to pass $builddir as well for tempfiles.
