0004872: ran tablet.css through the W3C CSS3 validator and used results to remove a few parsing errors. Note there are 100 errors in the CSS still because vendor-specific CSS3 (e.g. -webkit, -moz) is used.

If the common_path is the same as the content_info[new_path], the path will be kept because the current condition will return false.  Substring "a" on "a" is empty, which is false.  Added an extra condition in for this purpose.

Adds some Firefox-specific CSS to improve the look and feel of mobile.css when it is viewed on the desktop on Firefox.

4784: Added a regex check on the file name, allow only [0-9]+.html format.  Also added a file_exist() check to ensure the file do exist before fetching it.  This restrict the script to only retrieve the content of .html file.
