   5 Inside a [Wiki|WikiWikiWeb] HTML is usually disallowed (Wiki:WhyDoesntWikiDoHtml),
   6 so the <HTML> tags will show up as ordinary text and thus cannot be used to
   7 encolor text or annoy other people.
