Apply Armin's suggestions of content manager and a couple of other improvement:
1. Reference the tree icons used by "content navigation" to the theme image folder. If the icons are not in the theme folder, look up in atutor root image folder;
2. Associate the style of the current selected content to a class;
3. Associate the style of the "delete content" icon to a class. This class is used to fix the issue with firefox that when the page is displayed in "right-to-left" direction, the "delete content" icon is showed up at right instead of left.
